Diddy’s legal issues may have quieted down after he settled in the bombshell sexual assault lawsuit from Cassie, but now it appears they’ve just expanded thanks to a new gang rape lawsuit filed on Wednesday.
According to Rolling Stone, the “Act Bad” rapper, former Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre, Bad Boy Entertainment and Daddy’s House Recording Studio have all been named. The allegations stem from a Jane Doe, who was only 17 at the time she alleged that she was trafficked and gang-raped by Diddy, Harve, and an unidentified third man in Manhattan back in 2003. She claims she “suffered monetary damages, physical injury, pain and suffering, and serious psychological and emotional distress, entitling her to an award of compensatory and punitive damages.”
The suit alleges that Jane and her friend met Harve in a Detroit-area lounge back in 2003. He allegedly introduced himself as a “best friend” of Diddy’s and convinced Jane that he would love to meet her and allegedly called Diddy to fly her out to see him in New York City by private jet. After flying in alone, she, Harve and the unidentified third man hopped in an SUV to go to Daddy’s House Recording Studio where Diddy was finishing a session with an artist.
Once inside, according to the lawsuit, the teen was allegedly supplied with “copious” amounts of drugs and alchol. Pictures from the night in question show the teenaged Jane inside the studio and even sitting on Diddy’s lap at one point. The suit alleges that Jane was subjected to Diddy, Harve and the third man hitting on her “incessantly” and that they all groped her body . That’s when the night allegedly took a heinous turn for the worse.

As the teen became so inebriated that everything started to “blur,” Combs allegedly led her to a bathroom, removed her skirt and underwear, and penetrated her from behind with his penis while she “hung over the sink,” the lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York states.
“Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her,” the lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit, which includes a “trigger warning” in bright-red letters on its cover page, alleges the teen was slipping in and out of consciousness when she looked up in the mirror above the sink and realized the unidentified man from the plane ride had replaced Combs and was now raping her from behind. According to the filing, Combs was watching the assault from a chair just outside the bathroom. Doe alleges the unidentified man ignored her pleas to stop, but eventually got out of the way so Pierre could take a turn. She claims Pierre first subjected her to “nonconsensual vaginal sex,” and that he finished by “violently forcing her to give him oral sex.”
After that, the suit alleges that Jane laid on the floor of the bathroom in fetal position as her vagina was “in pain” before eventually regaining her bearings with some assistance, and taken back to the airport and flown back to Detroit. What’s more, the lawsuit further claims Diddy and his associates spent a “significant amount of time in Detroit,” and alleged that he had connections in state—specifically the Black Mafia Family, “a drug trafficking and money laundering operation that is rumored to have seeded Bad Boy.”
In response to the new allegations, Diddy put out a statement on his Instagram page on Wednesday saying:
Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick pay day.
Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth. Sean Diddy Combs.
Additionally, Douglas H. Wigdor, the lawyer representing Jane in this case is the same one who helped Cassie file her suit against Diddy. Unlike Cassie’s however—which was filed under New York’s Adult Survivor’s Act—Jane’s lawsuit is being filed under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which created a two-year “lookback” window for civil claims that previously fell outside the statute of limitations. It expires on March 1, 2025.
In a statement to Rolling Stone about this suit, Wigdor said that Diddy, Harve, and the unidentified third man, “preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped. The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred Doe for life.”
Wednesday’s suit marks the fourth sexual assault case brought against Diddy. As previously reported by The Root, days before the Thanksgiving holiday, he was hit with two more sexual assault lawsuits from a Jane Doe stemming from an alleged incident in 1990 or 1991; and from Joie Dickerson-Neal stemming from an alleged incident in 1991. Per NBC News, Diddy has denied any and all involvement. Wigdor cited Cassie’s case and the ones that followed as the impetus behind bringing this new Jane Doe’s allegations to light.
