Fan favorite Pedro Pascal is the latest name linked to the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s upcoming Fantastic Four film. Depending on which report you read, he’s either definitely starring as the hero or is just talking to Marvel about it. He’s already connected to Disney through Star WarsThe Mandalorian, so it’s not a huge leap. He’s an excellent actor who would be a great Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, but we think he might be a little old. This is a role that will presumably be a major part of the franchise for the next 5-10 years. Starting with someone younger allows the character to grow into the hero he needs to be. Before any official announcements are made, we have some suggestions for Black actors who would be Fantastic as the MCU’s Reed Richards.
